Where do you get your stuff?
Most of the items found on Dinosaur Toy Vault are from the store founder's personal collection of toys. Other items are bought wholesale to give you the best deal possible.

Why are you not using eBay?
To be frank, eBay has some crazy fees for sellers so Paul started this site in order to pass the savings on to you. Plus, as a buyer you don't know what kind of dangers are out there or even if you will get something at the price you want. Here, you just buy and your done. Simple as that!

When will my items be shipped?
The simple answer is as soon as humanly possible. If Paul can get an item out the same day as your order he will do it. If for any reason and there's any kind of delay, every attempt will be made to contact you to notify you.

What if I'm not happy with my order?
If you're not happy with your order contact Paul and he'll do whatever he can within reason to make you happy. Sorry we can't give a blanket answer, but each order is unique and is handled on a case by case basis.

How can I pay with Paypal?
If you want to pay with Paypal, put your purchase in your cart, then at check out pick alternate payment method. Input your Name and shipping address and then on the next screen just pick Paypal from the drop down menu.

I put a few things in my cart, why is shipping so high?
Unfortunately eCrator makes it hard to combine multiple item shipping. If you want to buy multiple items at one time, please contact us at Paul.Toybender@gmail.com before your purchase, tell us what items you are interested in, and we'll get back to you asap with your new shipping total.
